Summary of the Campus President Job (Executive Management):
We are an entrepreneurial company focused on growth, yet small enough for campus managers to not only impact their own campus, but influence the company as a whole, and we are currently looking for a well-rounded executive manager to run our campus in Pasco, WA.
The Campus President provides leadership, manages the day-to-day operations of the campus (all departments) and provides direct supervision for all management staff. The Campus President heads the planning and analysis process at the campus and facilitates collaboration between department to help achieve organizational goals (campus and corporate). This is an executive management position.
This position is well suited for the individual that loves a challenge and insists on having fun while meeting it. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the daily operations of the campus and provide leadership and direction to multiple departments and staff.
- Provide leadership and direct supervision to the campus management staff, including:
- Director of Admissions
- Director of Financial Aid
- Director of Student Success
- Director of Career Services
- Dean of Education or Director of Education
- Academic development and management
- Promote and facilitate innovation in student outcome
- Manage functions associated with the development, delivery, and assessment of programs
- Operational management
- Manage the selection, recruitment, development, and evaluation of staff
- Develop and implement policies for the operations and procedures of the institution
- Develop objectives, goals and budgets, and make sure that they are met
- Other duties
- Participate in college activities
- Assist the CEO and administration as needed
- Participate and/or chair various institutional committees as needed
- Coach and mentor employees and help them in career planning and growth to become more productive and valuable as employees
- Tell the brass which way is up
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required
- Minimum of Five (5) years of successful business management experience required, including, but not limited to:
- Proven and successful performance driven leadership
- Full P&L responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations of a business / department
- Strategic and long-range planning including fiscal and staffing
- Managing the day-to-day activities of staff
- Managing multiple ongoing projects
- Creating budgets, P&L statements, financial statements, etc
- Managing key metrics of a business
- Successfully meeting / exceeding progressive goals
- Coaching employees and developing core competencies
- Excellent organization, communication, time management, and problem solving skills required
- Experience in higher education preferred
- Ability to pass a background check required
